Celebrate happiness but do so safely. There are many beautiful sounds to listen to, but be careful when listening to anything above 87 dB. Bring your own (hearing-) protection. You didn’t? Earplugs are available at the tokenbooths. Also, head over to Celebrate Safe and Unity for more tips to celebrate safely.
Enjoy the various parties and festivals day and night, but pace yourself! Don't forget to eat and chill, you are not a robot :)
Smoking is not allowed in the tents or under roofs. Please go outside before you light up your cigarette. Please do not throw away cigarette buds in the sand, this damages the environment. Use the provided trash cans.

The PartyPlug earplugs are reusable, so you can protect your ears not only at naam evenement but on other festivals as well. Love your ears!

There will be shuttle busses between Amsterdam Central Station and the festival site all day long.
The buses depart from De Ruyterkade 153. Follow the signs at the backside (north) of Amsterdam Central Station or use Google Maps. The first bus departs at 11:00.
You can buy your bus ticket from crew members in recognisable clothes, who are standing at the back of the station and on the way to the departure location. A ticket costs €5 (back and forth), cash only.
Catching a shuttlebus to Nachtbloesem, the official afterparty, is as easy as taking one of the two shuttles nearest to the terrain when the festival ends. Both shuttles will be marked clearly. Return tickets are valid admission tickets to the busses heading to the after.
With our partner Busjedelen.nl we organise bus trips from different locations in Holland to Blijburg. Check out their website for more information regarding departure locations and pricing.
You can easily get to Blijburg beach by bike. Cycle from Amsterdam over the Schellingwoudebrug (via North) or the Amsterdam bridge (via East) and follow the signs to ‘IJburg’. From Amsterdam Central Station it takes about 40 minutes by bike.
You are not allowed to park at Blijburg or the surrounding district. We advise visitors to come by public transport. From Amsterdam Central Station you can take the shuttle bus and you’ll be at the festival in 15 minutes. If this is not an option, you can park at the Parkeergarage IJburg (Daguerrestraat 51).
Kiss & Ride: Follow the A10 eastbound until you reach exit S114 (Artis - IJburg). Keep following the signs IJburg until you can follow signs that say Strand (beach). This will lead you to the Pampuslaan and at its end you will find Blijburg. People can be dropped off at the taxi point.
